Your guide to local events in Owatonna and the towns around it this fall and holiday season, from trunk-or-treats and craft markets to live music and holiday parades.
Sunday, Nov 8 · Doors open at 1:00 PM · Owatonna Middle School
Owatonna Cheer, our local cheer gym (it's separate from the school cheer program!), is bringing ALL of its teams for this first-ever showcase and fundraiser for the gym. Come watch amazing routines, bring the little ones, and try your luck on incredible raffle baskets at just $1 a ticket (cash only). There's also a wine raffle: $20 a ticket, and one winner takes home all 13 bottles! You don't need to be present to win. Admission at the door: $10 for ages 12+ and $5 for ages 11 and under (cash or Venmo).
Monday, Nov 16 · 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM · Pure Detailing, 600 Hoffman Dr, Owatonna
Pick up a free take-home spaghetti dinner that feeds a family of five. No catch, no questions asked. If your family could use a little help this season, this is for you.
Hosted by Pure Detailing
Saturday, Dec 12 · 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM · 124 N Cedar Ave, Owatonna
Bring the family to visit with Santa and take home free holiday photos! This year we're also collecting new, unwrapped toys and gifts for a local family in need. Bring one if you're able; donations are appreciated but never required.
Add Explore with Aubrey to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app.
Subscribe once and events show up in your phone's calendar automatically, including new ones as they're added. Pick the calendar that fits you.
Church dinners, school fundraisers, shop events, benefits, small-town festivals: if it's open to the public, I'd love to add it. It's free to be listed.
These groups post new events first. Follow them to hear about things as soon as they're announced.
I'm the Owatonna local behind Explore with Aubrey. I built this site so families and neighbors can find everything happening around town in one place, without digging through a dozen Facebook pages.
